Why is everyone such a homophobe? We live in the year 2002 and you would think that people would just get used to them by now. I'm not saying to 100% agree with them, but just accept that nothing you say will get rid of gays. I have 2 gay friends, but I see no problem with them whatsoever.
And now they won't let gays in the military! If there are men brave enough to fight for this country, I don't care who they sleep with at night. And the boyscouts aren't allowing gays either. Ah yes, this is what will happen.
Mother: What did you do today in the boyscout meeting?
Son: Oh mommy it was the best, I turned gay!
Yeah, that's gonna happen. Well, I think we should just get used to gay people. It's not going to rub off. People just do not become gay. They are BORN that way. It's in their genes for crying out loud. Why would someone want to be persecuted for the way they believe eh? Oh that's me. I want people to hate me for the way I am. I strive to be hated. ACCEPT PEOPLE...please don't be mean to gay people. They have feelings too. And come on, be real. If they aren't born that way, then how do they get the voice and the hand gestures. Take a look at Christopher Lowell on the decorating show. You can't sit there and tell me he practiced that act in front of a mirror until he got really, really good at it. Come on!
And just because you are a religious fanatic doesn't mean YOU have the right to tell people who they can sleep with. You are no person to judge their life. So you have no reason to be righteous towards other people. IF you think you are, read the BIBLE. "As it is written, There is NONE righteous, no, not one" Romans 3:10. I may not be christian, but I have read the bible.
But of course, this is just my opinion...and while it's a good one, it's not the only one. |
